community associations on March 30.
The Florida Communities of Excellence Award represents the pinnacle of achievement for community associations in our state.
The award is the first and only comprehensive, independent recognition program for the tens of thousands of community associations throughout Florida. For winning organizations, the designations are a point of pride for current residents and a powerful differentiator for communities seeking to attract new owners.
There are no entry fees, and small communities and large communities are judged separately. The annual Conference & Awards Ceremony is a free event underwritten by sponsors that includes luncheon, educational sessions, and a gala reception and Awards Ceremony.
One in four residents lives in a community managed by an association. This fact combined with the economic uncertainty makes strengthening community associations more important than ever.
