Residents of the community's 1,600 homes enjoy a relationship-centric lifestyle fostered by the community’s unique Art of Living Program. Events held throughout the year range from monthly food truck nights to Fright Night which features an interactive haunted house, hay maze, costume contest and more. The SouthWood Golf Club is a high-end semiprivate facility designed by Fred Couples and renowned architect, Gene Bates. The SouthWood Community Center offers residents a pool area for adult fitness and family swim, tennis courts and an indoor private event space. SouthWood’s Town Center is home to a variety of restaurants, the community’s sales and information center, a fitness facility and more.
